My daughter's Christmas cardigan and Christmas jumper

I'm a big fan of Christmas jumpers... So you might be surprised to know that I haven't actually bought Christmas jumpers for a long long time. I got really excited a couple of years back in the seasonal sales and I got my daughter her Christmas jumpers from Polarn O. Pyret in two different sizes. I think I got them in 2014, and now, the larger size finally fits.

Thankfully, even after having packed away the whole house and moved in between, and still not having unpacked it all, I did find the jumpers. So this year my daughter has two Christmas jumper outfits - one with a white-grey Christmas cardigan and one with a red-white Christmas jumper. I have to say, shopping in sales for the extra big sizes does not always work out... I've lost a few gorgeous dresses that I really want her to wear but just for the life of me figure out where I've stashed them!

They are both absolutely gorgeous in my opinion, with the cardigan a bit more formal and the jumper a bit more relaxed. My daughter probably prefers the red-white jumper, as she loves bright colours.

She wore the cardigan at a pre-Christmas dinner at her Nanny's house, and her jumper at the Harrods Christmas Grotto (of which I will soon be posting about!).

I gotta say I am feeling a bit left out as I don't have a Christmas jumper myself. None what so ever. Even my husband has a Christmassy cardigan, but not me, nope. Maybe one day...

What kind of Christmas jumpers have you got your kids?

  1. You done well getting these in advance! I'm going to try and do this in the January sales, buy the bigger sizes, but you're right, you have to remember where you store them! I love the red jumper and it is timeless :)

    1. Yes, I think I'll try the same. The added benefit is also of course that since it is previous season, you are probably the only one with that particular jumper :)

    1. Ah I really hope I can find them soon! I've got so many clothes for her and she grows out of them so quick, it is such a shame she doesn't get more wear out of them.
