My daughter for a long time was talking about how she wanted to go to school and play with friends. The older she got the more she vocalised it. I can imagine if you are a bit younger it can be a bit scarier. It would make it so much more difficult for us if they were not happy or didn't like it. I think both of us have been lucky in that sense. I'm glad it worked out well for your family too :)Sanna Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15362746150369804815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7501844275414856197.post-12147639531890368182016-09-27T14:22:51.737+01:002016-09-27T14:22:51.737+01:00It's so bittersweet to see them growing up lik...It's so bittersweet to see them growing up like this, isn't it? Monkey was really nervous about starting his preschool when he started at 2 1/2 and took a while to settle, but he has just started school and gone in so so easily which is a huge relief. Our LM will be a different kettle of fish as she is much more confident and I'm sure she will be so excited for preschool too! My second girl started nursery this term, sort of for the second time because she went to nursery when she was a baby before her Daddy stayed home. I missed her first day, having been there for her big sister's first day the day before but I had no worries, she ran straight in and like your little miss, could barely remember to look back to wave. It's strange in some ways seeing them take that first step away from us, but at the same time, the confidence and faith that we'll come back again is proof of a job well done!Carie @ Space for the Butterflieshttp://www.spaceforthebutterflies.comnoreply@blogger.com
